What is included with Christmas light installation?
White Rock Lights handles the entire process. Your service includes a custom lighting design, professional installation, commercial-grade lights and materials, maintenance throughout the season, takedown after the holidays and storage until next year.
Do you provide the Christmas lights?
Yes. We provide commercial-grade Christmas lights and professional installation materials selected specifically for your home and design. There's no need to purchase, untangle or store your own lights.
Do you custom cut the lights to fit my home?
Yes. Our lighting is professionally measured and custom fit to your home's rooflines and architectural features for a clean, polished appearance.
Can you install Christmas lights I already own?
White Rock Lights specializes in professionally designed displays using our own commercial-grade lighting and installation materials. This allows us to maintain consistent quality, appearance and reliability throughout the season.
How much does professional Christmas light installation cost?
Every home and display is different, so pricing depends on the size of your home, roofline, design and features you'd like illuminated. We provide a free, no-obligation estimate before any work begins.
How do I get an estimate?
Start by submitting our Free Estimate form. We'll review your home and lighting ideas, discuss your vision and provide a custom recommendation and estimate.
How early should I schedule my Christmas light installation?
The earlier, the better. Installation availability becomes increasingly limited as Thanksgiving and Christmas approach. Booking early gives you the best selection of installation dates.
When do you begin installing Christmas lights?
Our installation season begins in the fall and continues throughout the holiday season. You don't have to turn your lights on immediately after installation, so an earlier installation can be a great way to secure your preferred date.
What happens if a light goes out during the season?
Season-long maintenance is included with your service. If something isn't working properly, contact us and we'll take care of it within 24 hours.
When do you take the lights down?
Takedown begins after the holiday season. We'll carefully remove your display so you don't have to climb a ladder or spend a January weekend taking down Christmas lights. If you have a specific date in mind we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Do I need to store the lights?
No. We'll take care of storage after your display is removed so everything is ready for the following season.
Do you offer Christmas light installation every year?
Yes. We make it easy for returning customers to recreate their display the following Christmas or make changes to the design as their preferences evolve.
Do I own the lights and decorative materials, or lease them from you?
You own them! The lights and decorative materials purchased for your home are yours to keep. After the season, we'll take everything down and store it for you until next Christmas. If you ever move or decide not to use our installation services, your lights are yours to take with you. ALSO - because you own the lights, returning customers can typically expect lower material costs in future seasons!
Are you insured?
Yes. White Rock Lights is insured, so you can feel confident having us work on and around your home.
Is White Rock Lights locally owned?
Yes! White Rock Lights is locally owned and owner operated right here in East Dallas. We believe in providing the kind of dependable, personal service we'd want for our own neighbors.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve East Dallas and the communities surrounding White Rock Lake, including Lakewood, Lakewood Heights, Lakewood Hills, M Streets, Lower Greenville, Forest Hills, Little Forest Hills, Casa Linda, Lochwood, Old Lake Highlands, Lake Park Estates, Casa View and surrounding neighborhoods.
