Refund Policy

1. Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to reserve an installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

2. Cancellations

We understand that schedules change.

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled installation date will be refunded for labor only, as materials are custom-cut and prepared in advance.
    If installation must be postponed due to weather or unforeseen conditions, we will reschedule at the earliest possible date.

 

3. Service Quality Guarantee

If any portion of your installation does not meet the agreed-upon scope or has an issue due to product defect or installation error, White Rock Lights LLC will promptly address and correct the issue at no additional charge during the same holiday season.

 

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Changes requested after installation is completed.

  • Damage caused by weather, animals, or customer interference.

  • Electrical or structural issues unrelated to the installation.
