1. Introduction
Welcome to White Rock Lights LLC (“Company"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These Terms apply to all website visitors, potential customers, and service clients.

2. Services
White Rock Lights LLC provides professional residential Christmas and holiday light installation, takedown, and related services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
All services are performed by the owner-operator and are fully covered by liability insurance.
3. Estimates, Deposits, and Payments
All projects begin with a free consultation and written estimate.
To reserve an installation date, a 50% deposit of the total quoted price is required. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted Payment Methods:
White Rock Lights LLC accepts payment by cash or digital payment through Zelle or Square.
All payments must be made directly to White Rock Lights LLC. In the event of a failed or returned electronic payment, additional fees may apply.

4. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand plans can change!

Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before installation will be refunded for labor costs only, as materials will have been custom-cut and prepared for your home.
If weather or safety conditions require us to postpone installation, we will reschedule at the earliest possible date.
5. Installation and Take-down Schedule
All installations are completed prior to the holiday season based on mutually agreed-upon scheduling.
Following the holidays, all lights and materials will be taken down prior to the end of January, unless otherwise specified in writing.
If a customer has a preferred date or time frame for take-down, White Rock Lights LLC will make every reasonable effort to accommodate that request based on weather and scheduling availability.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that power outlets are functional, outdoor areas are accessible, and that any potential hazards (pets, obstacles, etc.) are identified prior to installation.
White Rock Lights LLC is not responsible for damage caused by faulty electrical systems, pre-existing structural issues, or interference by third parties after installation.
7. Warranty and Maintenance
All lights and materials supplied by White Rock Lights LLC are warrantied for the holiday season in which they were installed. If any installed lights or connections fail during that period due to installation error or product defect, repairs will be made promptly at no additional charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
White Rock Lights LLC maintains full liability insurance and takes every precaution to ensure safe and professional service.
However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, electrical issues, or damage caused by severe weather, animals, or misuse of equipment after installation.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of White Rock Lights LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Website Use
Visitors may browse our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. By submitting a contact form, you consent to us contacting you for service-related communication.

11. Privacy
Your personal information (name, email, phone number, and address) is collected only for scheduling, communication, and service purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Dallas County, Texas.
